Given their name, you'd expect something out of the ordinary, which is a reason I'm not reviewing this as a traditional gym. Misfit S&P is a STRENGTH AND POWERLIFTING facility that provides implements to get better in those areas, as well as some other conditioning pieces. Great facility, great environment, and great staff.

This facility is well taken care of and is run by extremely caring and giving owners. They go out of their way to help others within the community. They are very actively involved in the fitness community and sponsor and run various events throughout the year. They are dog friendly and are like a little family.
